Come explore the world of The Exodus Chronicals
Immerse yourself in my science fiction stories, where epic journeys, hard choices, and thought-provoking worlds come to life. As an independent author, I create interconnected novels that explore survival, leadership, and what it means to rebuild when humanity is pushed to the edge.
These stories are part of a larger universe that continues to grow beyond the page, connecting books and interactive experiences into a single unfolding saga.

I’m Travis Johnson, an independent author who writes science fiction grounded in human choice, survival, and belief. My stories focus less on spectacle and more on the people forced to carry impossible responsibility when the future of humanity is on the line.
I write worlds shaped by faith, conflict, and consequence, where leadership is tested not by power, but by the decisions no one else is willing to make. The Last Exodus series explores what it means to rebuild when everything familiar is gone, and how the past has a way of following us into even the furthest reaches of space.
Like many independent authors, I balance writing with a full-time career, which means progress is often slow and deliberate. I don’t rush stories just to release them. Each book is written with intention, allowing the characters and the world to grow naturally rather than forcing an outcome.
When I’m not writing, I’m usually working on creative projects, learning new tools, or thinking about how stories can exist beyond the page through games and interactive experiences.
Thank you for taking the time to step into my world. If you enjoy thoughtful science fiction with strong characters and long-form storytelling, you’re in the right place.
